For payment by credit card or PayPal, credit card transactions are secured and coded and take place directly between you and the secured server of our bank, the Caisse d’Epargne (French National Savings Bank) or PayPal.
At no moment do we possess details of your bank or your credit card. This also applies to payments made via a PayPal account.

It may occur that you are faced with a refusal. Two main reasons made be behind a refusal.
- Your account is insufficiently funded (the rarest case)
- There is a temporary technical incident between your bank and the Caisse d’Epargne.
In the event of a refusal, we will immediately inform you of the situation. In this case, you can either replace your order, remembering that the first payment will never be debited or send us a cheque for the same amount indicating your order number on the back of the cheque.
In all cases, we do everything possible to keep you informed and facilitate delivery as quickly as possible.
